Here's to new beginnings!
What a day to start my new life of weight loss! I promised a friend I would take him to the airport at 4am so instead of being a good girl and going to bed at 11pm and getting up for said airport trip, I met up with some friends for a few hours and just stayed awake. When it finally reached 4, which actually came awfully quickly, I was off to the races. Mom leaves for work at 5:30 so I picked up a little McDonald's breakfast of Sausage, Egg and Cheese McGriddle and a hash brown, brought it home and spent some time with my momma before heading to bed. Its now almost 1pm and I think the exercising will have to wait until tomorrow. I have some things I must accomplish before work at 3pm and getting my bike in ridable shape is not one of them! No going out for this girl tonight. One of my steps of taking these pounds off is limiting the alcohol intake and planning a more healthy sleep schedule. Time to grow up.
